- Client Acquisition: Proactively engage potential clients and investors to understand their real estate needs and financial goals.
- Market Research: Stay current with the latest off-plan property developments and market trends in Sharjah & Dubai to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Property Presentations: Create compelling presentations and pitches to showcase off-plan projects, highlighting their investment potential and unique features.
- Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions by providing in-depth market analysis and property comparisons.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of off-plan property transactions, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in Sharjah & Dubai to stay informed about new projects and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property laws and regulations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, real estate portals, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
