We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated, high-energy Real Estate Consultants to dominate the Off-Plan, Secondary, and Leasing markets.

The Role

We are looking for versatile agents who can navigate the fast-paced Dubai property market. Whether you specialize in investor-focused off-plan projects, ready-to-move secondary sales, or high-volume leasing, we provide the platform for you to succeed.

• Company Car Incentive: Meet your quarterly sales targets and qualify for a Company Car or a significant Car Allowance. We provide the wheels; you provide the deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on Dubai’s latest off-plan launches and rental yields, specifically within JVC.
• Lead Generation: Proactively source new listings and build a robust database of buyers and tenants.
• Client Management: Conduct professional viewings and provide expert investment advice.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai Real Estate (Off-plan, Secondary, or Leasing).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a "hunger" for sales and networking.
• Valid UAE Driving License (essential for the car incentive).
