Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of proven experience in property leasing, strong market knowledge (preferably in Ajman), and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ability to carry out leasing, following up with tenants, and filing for legal cases when needed

- the ability to apply in tasdeeq, water and electricity, Nocs

- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants

- Conduct viewings and provide professional advice to clients

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year of real estate experience (Ajman market preferred).

- Knowledge of Ajman property laws and regulations.

- Access to a car and valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
