Property Consultant- Salary + Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Property Consultant to join our expanding real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about property sales, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing property portfolios (off-plan and secondary market), and guiding clients through the full property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and database management
  • Manage and market property listings (off-plan and secondary market)
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close property transactions
  • Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales or target-driven roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market trends is an advantage
