We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Provide clients with market analysis, pricing strategies, and property evaluations
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Representative (preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
