• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and communities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• RERA certification is an added advantage
