Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
• Show properties and host open houses
• Market listings through online platforms, MLS, and social media
• Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closing processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and manage client inquiries
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends and industry changes

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, if applicable)
