Role Description

Indus Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, coordinating property viewings, assisting with negotiations, and managing transaction documentation while delivering professional client service.

The role works closely with internal teams to support residential and off-plan property portfolios across Dubai.

Location: Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and off-plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings and support client negotiations.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
• Provide professional guidance aligned with company standards and market regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented approach with a focus on professional client service.
• Prior real estate experience is an advantage; training may be provided.
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
