Key Responsibilities:

Assist European & Russian speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Provide expert guidance on luxury properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.

Help clients navigate the UAE real estate landscape, including securing Golden Visas through property purchases.

Utilize multilingual skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships with international clients.

Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processes from start to finish.

Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging market trends.

Implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings effectively to European-speaking audiences.

Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimize client experiences and achieve sales objectives.

Source and secure property listings from developers and secondary market to expand the company’s property portfolio.

Qualifications:

Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian), or Russian with proficient English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

UAE driving license and access to transportation is a plus.
