Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent with at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales or leasing. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate property prices and rental terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Maintain an updated property database and client records.
• Prepare and process sales agreements and leasing documents.
• Stay updated with local real estate market trends and property values.
• Generate leads through marketing, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property listing platforms.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for interview and immediate joining
