Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to understand property values and trends.
• Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
• Obtain and keep track of all relevant documentation for real estate transactions.
• Assist in the staging of properties for showings and open houses.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Take part in developer Kiosks
• Take part in International Road shows and sell to repeat company clients/ investors
• Work across secondary and Off plan markets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
