Real Estate Agent

RITI Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking motivated, ambitious, and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, confident in sales, and eager to achieve high earnings in a performance-driven environment.

As a Real Estate Agent at RITI Real Estate L.L.C., you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and expert market guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
• Promote property listings through portals, social media, and networking
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
• Negotiate deals and manage transactions from inquiry to closing
• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) is a plus
