What You'll Get

• Leads provided: Zillow Flex, multi-channel pipeline (digital, SEO, referrals) with ISA-qualified handoffs. You come in for the conversation, not the cold call.
• Full back-office support: Dedicated transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and a marketing department handling everything from photography to social content.
• Real training: With our onsite training program we cover our CRM, AI Tools, automated systems setting you up on day one. Also we practice talk tracks, objection handling, contract negotiation, then weekly coaching and deal review that never stops.
• 1-on-1 mentorship: Access to experienced agents and leadership for career planning, deal strategy, and real guidance.

What We're Looking For

• Active California real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• No prior experience required — but a hunger to succeed is non-negotiable
