Job Title: Secondary Market Specialist

NEXHOMES is looking for hungry secondary market agents ready to scale their business. We remove every traditional hurdle between you and your commission checks. We provide the listings, the marketing, the premium lead flow, and the backend transaction processing. You focus on what you do best: negotiating and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Secondary Market Focus: Driving residential or commercial sales and listings across Dubai's established, high-yield communities.
• Property Sourcing: Building and maintaining an active, exclusive "Direct from Landlord" inventory.
• Client Advisory: Providing data-driven insights on current market valuations, community ROI, and historical transaction trends.
• Viewing & Negotiation: Overseeing the buyer/tenant journey from private viewings to negotiating final Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai Secondary Market.
• Track Record: Knowledge and familiarity with key transaction hubs (e.g., JVC, Business Bay, Marina, or Downtown).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) transfer process.
• Probation: A strict 2 to 3-month probation period applies to this role.

• First 3 Months: AED 2,500 monthly salary + 30% commission split to secure your pipeline until your first closings.
• Post-Closing Transition: Shift to a premium 40% commission split (no salary) designed for high-volume producers.

• Consistent, incoming client leads driven by high-budget Meta and Google campaigns.
• Unlimited Premium/Featured property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Creative Marketing Production: In-house professional media team for high-end photography, cinematic walkthroughs, and social media content creation (Reels/TikTok).
