Key Responsibilities

Secondary Market Focus: Driving sales and listings in Dubai’s high-yield residential and commercial secondary markets.

Client Advisory: Providing HNWIs with data-driven advice on ROI, market cycles, and capital appreciation.

Property Sourcing: Building a strong "Direct from Landlord" inventory.

Viewing & Negotiation: Managing the buyer journey from the first viewing to the final MOU.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai Secondary Market (Essential).

Track Record: Proven ability to close deals in key areas like JVC, Business Bay, or Emaar Beachfront.

Skills: Expert negotiation skills and deep knowledge of the DLD transfer process.
