Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a experienced motivated Real Estate Agents to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, helping them navigate the property market. You will grow your customer base, generate leads, and provide expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages

• Lead Generation & Sales: Generate new leads and convert them into clients through networking and marketing.
• Client Guidance: Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and mortgage options.
• Listing & Promotion: List properties, take photographs, and promote sales through advertising, open houses, and MLS listings.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Transaction Management: Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and deeds, while coordinating with inspectors and lenders.
• Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values and set competitive prices.
