Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • selling and rental prime residential property in Dubai, UAE.
  • Entering all new properties on CRM for marketing purposes.
  • Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
  • Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles
  • Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
  • Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating deals between the two parties,
  • Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in Dubai real estate
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
  • A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation is a must
