Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options to clients. Daily tasks include maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, coordinating with developers and property owners, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts. The role involves providing consistent, high-quality customer service, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements, and ensuring smooth transactions from initial inquiry to closing. The Real Estate Agent will also update CRM systems, follow up on leads, participate in marketing activities and open houses, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local Real Property regulations and procedures.

Proven experience in Real Estate sales or leasing, with understanding of property markets and trends.

Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.

Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office or similar software, and comfort using digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric mindset; prior experience in the UAE real estate market is preferred.
