Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our high-performing team who is self-driven and results-oriented with a customer-first approach. This role offers a competitive salary with attractive and high commission-based incentives. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and be ready to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work with buyers, sellers, and renters of Residential and commercial to achieve their goals.
• Conduct property tours and provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and property values.
• Create and maintain a database of clients, prospects, and property listings.
• Lead negotiations for buying and selling properties.
• Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Provide clients with market information and guidance throughout the buying/selling process.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the closing process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Excellent English communication is required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid real estate broker UAE license if any.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
