Job Description:
OIA Properties is a fast-growing real estate company with a strong presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, partnering with leading developers such as Emaar, Aldar, and DAMAC. We are currently looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent fluent in Chinese to join our Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales
• Fluency in Chinese is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Target-driven and client-focused mindset
