Real Estate Agent – Commission-Based (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking commission-based Real Estate Agents who are experienced in Ajman market. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and driven team with the tools and freedom to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• List and promote properties on Social Media
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and close transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and listings

Who Can Apply?

• Real Estate Agents with at least 6 Months Experience
• Candidates from all nationalities can apply.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of property market
• Ability to manage time, clients, and deals independently

• This is a commission-only role (No fixed salary)
• Car with driving license is an advantage.
