Real Estate Agent - Developer based

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide accurate market insights, property valuations, and investment advice.
  • Negotiate deals and assist clients with documentation, approvals, and handovers.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with UAE property laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Record and update client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultant.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and property trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
