We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE real estate market to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate has:
- A track record of hitting targets through teams
- Strong experience with agents, brokers, and partnerships
- The ability to execute strategy, not just talk about it
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage direct and indirect sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Agents
- Brokers
- External partners
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Track KPIs, pipelines, and team productivity using CRM systems
- Coach underperformers and scale top performers
- Collaborate with marketing and management to align lead flow and strategy
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for senior management
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
- (developer, brokerage, or timeshare)
- At least 4 years in a Sales Manager / Team Lead role
- Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing teams with monthly and quarterly targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Arabic language fluency (Required)
- Valid UAE driving license (Required)
- Ability to work on-site in Ajman
