Real Estate Agent – Dubai (Off Plan)

We are looking for a driven and professional Real Estate Agent to join a growing boutique brokerage in Dubai.

If you already understand the Dubai market and are ready to operate at a higher level, this is for you.

What You will Do:

·      Manage and grow your own portfolio of buyers and sellers

·      Handle viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

·      Work on off plan properties as well as the secondary market

·      Build strong relationships with developers and clients

·      Maintain accurate CRM records and disciplined follow-up

·      Stay current with Dubai market trends, pricing, and inventory

What We are looking for:

·      Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)

·      Proven understanding of both secondary and off plan sales

·      Strong negotiation and communication skills

·      Professional presentation and client-facing confidence

·      Self-motivated, target-driven mindset

·      Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
