As demand from European buyers and investors continues to grow, we are seeking a professional Real Estate Agent (European Speaker) to deliver a seamless, culturally aligned experience to clients from Europe, the UK, and other European‑language markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist European clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
• Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community overviews in English and a European language
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and Abu Dhabi market trends
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Polish, etc.)
• Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
