Real Estate Agent (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling properties.

• Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, and property availability.

• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

• Negotiate contracts, offers, and closing terms between buyers and sellers.

• Review real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.

• Develop and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients.

• Stay up to date with market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
