Real Estate Agent - Fresher

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent specializing in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while maximizing sales opportunities in one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and portals
• Build and maintain a strong property portfolio and client database
• Stay updated in Dubai market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets
• List and promote properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and social media
• Provide clients with investment advice and market insights
• Manage documentation, contracts, and closing processes

Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment
• Multilingual candidates (English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are a plus
