Real Estate Agent- German, Italian, Russian Speaker

OIA Properties is expanding and we are looking for ambitious, motivated, and multilingual Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

If you are passionate about sales, confident in dealing with clients, and fluent in multiple languages, this is your opportunity to build a successful career in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build strong relationships with local and international clients
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Previous real estate experience preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Additional languages are highly preferred (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Italian and German etc.)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
