Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Property Consultant (Italian Speaker) to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on serving our Italian-speaking clientele and international investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and across the GCC.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and area developments.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively.
• Guide clients through legal documentation, RERA processes, and property handovers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Knowledge of off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• Good command of English is required for internal communication and client interaction.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage.
