We are seeking experienced and ambitious Luxury Real Estate Sales Agents to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of high-net-worth clientele and have a proven track record in luxury property sales. You will represent prestigious developments and bespoke residences, delivering a personalized and discreet service that reflects the Metropolitan brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury properties to discerning clients with professionalism and market expertise
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
• Conduct private viewings and property tours tailored to client preferences
• Stay informed on premium market trends, pricing strategies, and legal frameworks
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions with precision and discretion
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus
• Strong network within the luxury market segment
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
