Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and eager to build long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every stage of the real estate process, while delivering exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
