We are seeking a polished, culturally aware, and client‑focused Real Estate Agent – Mandarin Speaker to support buyers and investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Mandarin‑speaking communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
• Deliver tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Mandarin and English
• Promote ready and off‑plan properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Support clients with relocation guidance, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and global professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
