What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you’ll help buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Your role will include:

• Working with buyers and sellers in the dynamic Tri-Cities real estate market
• Evaluating property values and helping clients price homes competitively
• Negotiating offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for your clients
• Managing relationships with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other trade partners
• Guiding clients through every step of the transaction process
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate License or willingness to complete licensing courses
