Real Estate Agent- Off plan

Rovex Real Estate LLC is seeking experienced and driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in off-plan property sales, in-depth knowledge of developers and new launches, and a proven ability to close deals with both end-users and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in the sale of off-plan residential and mixed-use developments
• Manage leads related to new project launches and developer inventories
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Advise clients on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and handover timelines
• Coordinate with developers for unit availability, pricing, and booking processes
• Handle booking forms, reservation agreements, and SPA coordination
• Maintain accurate records of clients, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
• Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and Dubai off-plan regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
• Strong relationships with leading Dubai developers (preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Familiarity with Dubai off-plan sales procedures and documentation
• Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred
