Aston Gate Real Estate is expanding its Off-Plan Division in Dubai. With exclusive developer partnerships (Binghatti, Damac, Sobha, Imtiaz, Emaar, and more) and qualified investor leads from our North American network, we are positioned for massive growth.

We are seeking experienced off-plan specialists who can deliver results in Dubai’s ultra-competitive project launches.

Responsibilities

• Handle investor clients from first contact to booking.
• Present and sell projects across prime Dubai communities.
• Leverage company-provided off-plan leads and international investor network.
• Attend launch events and maintain strong developer relationships.
• Negotiate deals and ensure seamless closing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven background in off-plan transactions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Well-connected with developers is a plus.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.

Compensation

• Commission-based (60%–65% depending on performance).
• Company provides qualified investor leads and full training/mentorship.
• Visa sponsorship + health insurance after probation.
