Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers.
• Networking and finding new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 6 months of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Great product/market knowledge
• Has a consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
• Has UAE driving license.
• Based in Dubai.
