We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent.
A deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a strong sales track record are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and investor relations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
- Oversee negotiations and ensure smooth closing of sales transactions.
- Provide clients with expert advice on investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate market.
3. Compliance & Market Knowledge
- Ensure the team complies with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) guidelines.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and financial trends.
- Oversee the proper documentation and contracts for all property transactions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Chinese is a plus).
