Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new business and follow up consistently to drive sales growth
• Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless client experience
• Build your sales pipeline through consistent lead follow-up
• Provide exceptional service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
• Network and develop new client opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven direct sales experience in the real estate industry (minimum 6 months in the Dubai market)
• Strong product and market knowledge
• A successful track record in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Sales
• Excellent spoken and written English; multilingual candidates preferred
• Solid understanding of the UAE market
• UAE driving license
• Currently based in Dubai
