Job Title: Real Estate Agents

Industry: Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

· Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions.

· Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.

· Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.

· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.

· Negotiate offers and manage all transaction paperwork.

· Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

· Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one) Optional.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Willingness to grow a personal brand and client base.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong background in sales and client servicing

· Confident on camera with content creation skills for social media

· Skilled in market research and negotiations

· Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

· Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
