Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Representation

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants in real estate transactions
  • Conduct client consultations to determine property needs and preferences
  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts
  • Maintain and grow a personal client database
  • Develop relationships within the community to generate business

Property Marketing & Showings

  • List and market properties using MLS, social media, and other advertising platforms
  • Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses
  • Prepare listing presentations and comparative market analyses (CMAs)

Transaction Management

  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreements
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies

Market Knowledge

  • Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and new developments
  • Maintain knowledge of financing options and industry regulations

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based
  • Commission splits based on brokerage structure
  • Performance-based incentives may be available
  • Unlimited income potential based on production

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with MLS systems and CRM platforms preferred

Job Type: Full-time
