REAL ESTATE AGENTS WANTED – AJMAN (HELIO 2)

We are expanding and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team.

COMMISSION ONLY ROLE (NO SALARY)

This is a performance-based role for serious sales professionals.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE (TIERED)

• Up to 10,000 AED → 50/50 split
• 10,000 – 20,000 AED → 60% agent / 40% company
• 20,000+ AED → 65% agent / 35% company

Higher performance = higher earnings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads
• Basic knowledge of UAE real estate is a plus
• Must be able to commit 20 hours/week in office
