Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our real estate rental business. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and values being part of a collaborative, client-focused team.

This is an on-site position based in Aspen. Candidates must currently reside in the Roaring Fork Valley and be able to reliably commute daily. Due to local housing constraints, we are not able to offer relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the rental team
• Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule property showings
• Prepare and input listings into MLS
• Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media initiatives
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other agents
• Support office operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Aspen area and local community strongly preferred
• Colorado real estate license (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
