Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support our Claims Department. This person will have excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. This role would be ideal for individuals who thrive on providing exceptional customer service and who enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist claims department with daily administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Learn and utilize proprietary software
  • Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with field and office personnel to maintain business continuity
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Adapt well to a busy, constantly changing environment
  • Multi-tasking successfully while meeting deadlines
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year working in a Professional Office Environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Moving industry and/or claims experience a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
