Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to support our high-performing real estate team. This hybrid role combines administrative support, agent onboarding, CRM management, and front-desk responsibilities with innovative digital marketing and social media strategy.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable learning new tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Canva, TikTok, KVCore, etc.), ensuring our brand remains competitive, polished, and engaging. You will play a key role in elevating our online presence, supporting our agents, and creating a world-class client and agent experience from first impression to closing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Social Media & Digital Marketing (Primary Functions)
- Manage and curate daily/weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business.
- Use social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) to organize and automate content.
- Create visually appealing posts, videos, and marketing materials using Canva, TikTok, Sora, ChatGPT.
- Produce high-quality digital assets for listings: property reels, walkthroughs, graphics, feature sheets, and ads.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve search ranking.
- Write compelling blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and property descriptions aligned with brand tone.
- Run, analyze, and refine targeted Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Use social listening tools to track engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Track analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other SEO/web analytics platforms.
Real Estate Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments, coordinate showings, manage calendars, and prepare paperwork.
- Support transaction management, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timelines.
- Assist with MLS input, listing prep, and marketing coordination.
- Maintain organized digital and physical office systems for efficiency and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, lenders, attorneys, and agents.
Agent Onboarding & Training Support
- Serve as a friendly guide for onboarding new agents into the brokerage.
- Set up new agent profiles, email signatures, business cards, headshots, and branding materials.
- Assist agents with learning and using CRM tools (KVCore / BoldTrail / Follow-Up Boss).
- Walk new agents through internal systems: Dotloop, Google Workspace, Canva templates, marketing folders, and more.
- Provide ongoing tech support, troubleshooting, and “first week” success tasks.
- Help agents understand office protocols, marketing resources, and brokerage tools.
CRM Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy by updating contacts, tagging leads, and tracking follow-ups.
- Help agents set up drip campaigns, action plans, smart texting, and automations.
- Monitor lead routing and ensure timely responses by agents.
- Assist leadership with reporting, dashboards, and lead performance tracking.
Director of First Impressions Responsibilities
- Be the professional, welcoming face and voice of the company.
- Greet clients, visitors, and agents, ensuring a polished and friendly first interaction.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the correct team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office atmosphere.
- Assist with company events, open houses, client appreciation gatherings, and agent meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, social media management, digital marketing, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and other scheduling platforms.
- Working knowledge of Facebook Advertising and digital campaign setup.
- Experience with CRM platforms (KVCore, Follow-Up Boss, Chime, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent creative skills: writing, editing, photography, video editing, and branding.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, friendly, professional, and detail-focused.
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
