What You’ll Do
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless closings for our clients. This is a dynamic, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be an integral part of a high-performing real estate operation. You'll wear many hats - from coordinating transactions to running social media - making every day different.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management — Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc) to promote listings, team brand, and local market presence
- Transaction Management — Support agents through the transaction process by tracking deadlines, organizing paperwork, coordinating with title companies, lenders, and clients, and ensuring smooth closings
- Marketing — Assist in developing marketing materials including listing flyers, mail campaigns, open house materials, client gifts, and digital ads
- Client Communication — Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries professionally and keeping all parties informed throughout the process
- Scheduling & Calendar Management — Coordinate agent calendars, property showings, appointments, and team meetings
- Staging Coordination — Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing property staging items for listings; work with our agent stager to procure and organize property decor in and out of homes.
Qualifications
- Real estate license not required — but a genuine interest in real estate is a plus
- Experience in administrative, or marketing role preferred
- Strong social media skills (content creation, scheduling tools, engagement strategies)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.); experience with Canva, MLS, or a real estate CRM is a bonus
