About the Role

Jones and Redfearn Real Estate is a UK and Dubai-based property firm specialising in residential and investment sales. We’re expanding rapidly in Dubai and are looking for ambitious, sales-driven experienced professionals from Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and list residential and investment properties
• Conduct viewings and present properties to buyers and investors
• Build relationships and manage the full sales process
• Stay informed on market trends, legal processes, and regulations
• Represent the Jones and Redfearn brand with energy and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (real estate, recruitment, luxury goods, etc.)
• Confident, driven, and resilient under pressure
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate to Dubai
• Driving licence required
• Real estate experience is preferred but not essential — full training provided

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability required
• In-person work in Dubai
