Real Estate Broker

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing (off-plan & secondary market).

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and new developments.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Lead Generation: Proactively source potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle negotiations, paperwork, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
• International Clientele: Work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and foreign investors, understanding their needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai/UAE .
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary markets.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills .
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
