Role Responsibilities

• Sell and lease residential and commercial properties across Dubai
• Manage and expand client relationships
• Conduct property tours and negotiations
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
• Track leads and sales activity through CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Brokers:

• Strong record in real estate sales and client closings
• RERA license preferred or in progress
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market
• Confident negotiator and communicator

Freshers/New Entrants:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to build a career in property sales
• Willingness to train and follow structured mentorship
• Immediate availability preferred
