You’re a passionate, self-driven agent with 3 to 6 months of real estate experience who’s ready to take your business to the next level. You’ve closed a few deals or assisted in transactions, but you’re hungry for more — more leads, more support, more growth, and more income.

Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Generate leads through various channels
• Show properties, host open houses, and conduct property tours
• Negotiate offers and handle paperwork from start to close
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process
• Stay updated with market trends, neighborhood data, and real estate laws

Requirements:

• 3–6 months of experience in real estate
• Basic understanding of local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
