Real Estate Broker

  • Develop and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close transactions.
  • Manage end-to-end property sales and leasing processes in compliance
  • Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and tenancy papers.
  • Collaborate with developers, property owners, and investors to secure exclusive listings.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales and leasing targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi property market and RERA regulations.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
