Real Estate Broker

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and licensed Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, leading client relationships, and contributing to business development. This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for buying, selling, leasing, legal due diligence, and property portfolio management.

Lex Estates is part of Corplex.ae and POA.ae which are well-established companies in Dubai in the corporate services and legalization services fields.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of property law and regulations
• Experience in property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

Basic salary, insurance, plus commission!

Detailed salary structure will be discussed upon interview.
